What are the title and footer?

title = your name and what you do
At the top of each screen of your site will be the title. This identifies the site. To help visitors and search engines find your site and display good results we ask you to provide a short list of what kind of work you do. Such as, landscapes or paintings and mixed media.

footer
At the bottom of every screen with be a footer with your name, copyright, and city. If you want your address to be included check the appropriate boxes in the form. You will be asked for your billing address later so if it is the same (and you don't want to display it) you can skip the address fields here.
